Stay away from this company. Support and any type of communication via whatsapp only. Inexperienced agents who do not take ownership of any problem. Been trying for 4 days to have my fibre reconnected after they cut it off in error. One excuse after the other. D3bit order has still gone off with no way to contact their accounts department
