STAY AWAY!

The worst service provider! I have yet to come across a company as bad as this. We've had nothing but problems with the fixed MTN LTE since the moment we got it. Currently, we've been off for almost 24 hours. Spoke to a WA agent, and was told MTN is doing maintenance but the agent can't give me any info. I wasn't informed of any maintenance prior, just lost connection. What maintenance takes this long? It's time businesses are held accountable for poor service delivery. It's unacceptable!!!
