Statement for June

I have been waiting for a simple issue to be resolved ,I need my statement for June 2024. I spoke to the first agent and he told me my account was closed that's why I can not find it on the customer zone and he transferred me to sale after I requested for manager ,I chatted to someone else again the next day explained my situation and she advised that my account wasn't closed but she was not able to help. I then reached out on Facebook and the agent said he sent a request for a statement to finance and disappeared. That was 4 days ago ,here I am still waiting for my statement and I am really cheese off now. ALL I WANT IS MY JUNE STATEMENT,IS THAT SO HARD.
