Stand Clear From This Useless Company!

Dear Webafrica Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support I’ve experienced. I pay R1200 monthly for WiFi, yet I have received no assistance over the past three days. Your chatbot is ineffective, and I have not been contacted by any of your agents despite multiple attempts to reach out.

Your promise of fast WiFi and reliable service is far from reality. Even when I tried speaking to a sales agent—politely, I might add—the call was abruptly disconnected. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

It’s ironic how quick you are to process payments or update payment details, yet when it comes to assisting your clients, there’s radio silence. This is not the experience I expect or deserve as a paying customer.

With over 11,000 one-star reviews on platforms like HelloPeter, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. I strongly recommend removing Webafrica from your list of service providers, as customer care seems to be nonexistent.
