In November I made a payment and used the incorrect reference number and this all because they did not load my debit order correctly. Since then I have been fighting with them to resolve the issue instead they keep on disconnecting my service. Some of the consultants are so rude and unprofessional and mocks you when you request a senior person, because they apparently do not have offices and contact numbers for you to speak to someone. All evidence and references are given to them each time. They have pathetic customer service.
