Spiteful Service

After cancelling with Webafrica in the 13th December 2022, they're not releasing my line until the end of Feb. This is actually just spiteful.

Their whattsapp helpdesk does not work at all. Not one of their agents has assisted with any of the issues i've requested assistance with.

If I had known that the service was this poor, I'd have gone elsewhere.
