Together with a laptop computer, our router was ****** in a recent home armed *******. They requested a stamped and certified copy of the police affidavit - they are welcome to go to Diepsloot to locate the non-communicating police officer to obtain the above! After weeks of (lack of) communication with WebAfrica, only after communicating via Messenger, they eventually apologised and sent a "free" replacement router (they offer to replace free of charge any ****** or lightning damaged router up to 2 times), instructing that the courier collect the old router!!!! Yesterday, they invoiced me for R999.00 for a new router saying that I need to return the old router currently in my possession!!!! What a bunch of idiots!
