Spiderweb Africa Trapped and sucking the life out of us - we cant even cancel the service

Shocking company terrible customer service all im trying to do at this stage is cancel my service and they wont help me or take my messages an im trapped in their spider web of incompetence. worst company I've worked with for internet provision.
