Spider Webafrica

I am very irritated with Webafrica. I made payment and no one pitched up for the installation. I tried to get hold of them which is very difficult because the only way is on WhatsApp. Finally I got them to cancel and refund my money which they did. Then I find out my line is still active with them and I can not move forward with a new ISP. Please Webafrica release my line so I can move on Please.
