Soon to be ex customer

From being a real player as an ISP to an absolute travesty .. one takes a look for a comparison on currrent service one is paying for and notices a significant reduction on the same link offered by webafrica for which I’m paying. When you get hold of them … “WhatsApp Only” you get told sorry but try cancelling your current month to month and reapply and then you should get the reduced price … I thought for a minute I’m being pranked .. I cannot believe the audacity and all the while along they are charging me the set price with not even a hint of oh by the way the monthly pricing for your link has been reduced … this is day light ******* I’m afraid to say. Surely the premium should be auto adjusted but instead that’s the only advice given .. cancel and reapply . The service levels have been questionable throughout … from a soon to be ex customer
