Somewhat disappointed in Webafrica

I actually wanted to give Webafrica the the benefit of the doubt, but now I have to vent, as waiting to speak to someone also takes about 100 years. As of recent, bout 3 weeks our internet have been buffering so much, watching or streaming a movie has become a headache, even when I am home alone during the day, it's a struggle to watch something or listening to music. I contacted Webafrica and everything, router was rebooted or something, but we have been experiencing the same trouble, even now as I am writing this review, I struggled so much to watch a movie on the TV. We especially moved from our previous service provider, because we had the same with them, now we regrettably have the same problem with Webafrica, Wifi is on, but it say no internet
