SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO STOP WEBAFRICA

No stars....after all the hazzles of cancelling my subscription since March 2023 on every possible platform as it does not get done and them deducting when ever and whatever from my account and having to go the bank each time to enforce a stoporder and reverse the money, I still receive notifications that my account has been suspended due to non-payment and that I've have to pay the arrears to be activated again....the cherry on top is that I've been adviced again that should I want to cancel, I will need to do this via tgeir LIVE chat on whatsapp....how sick and rediculous is this? I've blocked all these nrs now as harrassment/offence messages.
