SOMEONE USING MY PHYSICAL ADDRESS *******LY!!!

I have been trying to resolve an address issue for ages now without assistance. Someone app**** for connection using my physical address. Now I am trying to apply and they tell me I cannot apply because my address is already in use. I logged a complaint and they requested me to provide proof of address and said the existing ******* account would be deactivated. I sent the proof of address, but to date I am struggling as I keep getting an automated senseless response from their complaints department. The message I get is that my email address is not registered with them and I should use the email address they have . This is really stupid because I have told them countless times that they will not have my email address yet as I'm still trying to apply. Their whatsapp line is equally useless. Webafrica don't you require someone to provide proof of address when they apply for connection?? Now the rightful owner of the property is suffering because of your carelessness. This is really frustrating and annoying!!!
