Solid Performace for price but lacking communication

<p>Web Africas been my ISP for three years, I received excellent service, but with some recent problems there is room for improvement. Unfortunately Web Africa seems to only communicate via phone and take a slightly irritatingly long time to respond to mail. Don't get me wrong, they do offer exceptional service it just seems recently it is lacking.</p>
