So unorganized and just overall terrible.

Pay money and have had no internet access for the past 8 hours, called several times when you choose the query option the phone hangs up but when you want to go to sales or make a payment consultants are available and the call goes through, when you go through they tell you they can't help you, I spoke to a consultant named Glen and he said they only offer help on whatsapp but the previous consultant told me they will check with the technical team and call me back hours ago, by the way I work from home and can't do anything without internet. Oh and another one listen to the problem started playing music and hung up on me, they don't even have reference numbers for calls and they speak to customers like we are asking for favors but we pay. JUST TRASH!
