Snail-paced service

I was referred to these guys by a friend when I needed to get fiber set up in my apartment, but I think she might actually hate me :(. Terrible experience so far, system allows me to place apparently impossible orders and no one gets back to me to advise otherwise. I only found out because I got tired of waiting for 2 weeks and decided to call to follow up. Their customer service agents tried to be helpful when I finally reached them, except for this one woman I spoke to today who obviously hates her job. If you don’t mind waiting forever for internet, please go ahead and sign up with them.
