Slowest ISP and It's been 2 days
I got a new WebAfrica Account yesterday. 2mb uncapped. <br> Rating is still on 5 stars.<br> Here I am downloading files that I need for work at 9Kb/s . <br> <br> It is going to take me 1 hour to download a 36mb video. What a joke. I had a few references saying Webafrica is great, and I thought Mweb was bad... <br> <br> 280 ms +- 26.6 to a local Teamspeak server. Normally with Mweb it will be on 25 and Webafrica 40. <br> <br> Fix this or I am going for a third ISP.

It's not nice to hear that you're having issues with our network and not to mention how embarrassing it is, especially since you've just joined us.
Our guys were in touch to see if they can rectify this issue and sadly, they've reported that you are leaving us. We're truly sorry to see you go. Your service has been cancelled and credit notes have been added on your account and once they've been approved our Billing team will process a refund.
