SLOW WIFI

The WORST service ever!!! I have been helping my CEO with her connection that is so poor since 2 weeks ago and still nothing is resolved! WebAfrica is blaming Vumatel and vice versa. I have asked several times for them to send out a technician as it could be something to do with the extender and to date nothing was done. We keep getting emails to say that the ticket has been escalated with NOTHING being resolved. Pathetic service I would not recommend anyone sign up with them. Imagine paying for 1000/200 mbps and your router is only pushing out 43mbps. DISGRACEFUL.
