Slow uncapped fibre in the evenings

My fibre went live on the 5th of October. It was blazing fast on the 5th and the 6th. I had full speeds during the day and in the evening. Then the issues started. EVERY evening since the 7th up until now I've had slow/unstable fibre. It's like my line speed is just cut in half. It happens every night between 7PM-11PM.

I want to know why. I was assured that there is NO shaping/throttling on this service. So please explain why this is happening? Shaping? Throttling? Congestion?

If the fault is with Frogfoot, then contact them. Get an answer from them. Get back to me. Keep me updated. I'm just sitting here with this junk every night, wondering and guessing what might be wrong.

I have many screenshots to prove this. Screenshots which i've attached to my replies on the ticket, which is not being processed. I did speed tests to the same server a bunch of times around 6PM, got a nice low ping with 48+ down and 45 +up. Then around 7PM I did speed tests again to the same server, suddenly my down speed is <20 and upload is <10.

I have a 50mb/50mb uncapped fibre line. How is this happening?

Explain. Please.

I logged a ticket 4 days ago. Someone came back to me the next day saying that they will find out and let me know what's happening. It's been 3 days since the reply. I've send emails, rep**** to my ticket and nothing. Nada. No reply. Is my ticket just being ignored?

Thought I'd come here and see if I can get a reply or someone to help me. Logging a ticket clearly doesn't work..

I've never had issues with Webafrica. I've always been a happy customer, but now i'm just getting extremely frustrated and annoyed with the lack of support. So disappointing.

PS. The only reason I didn't rate this 1 star is because they were very quick and efficient when they installed my fibre. They did a good job there. Support is just.. So bad..
