Slow support and faulty call logging system

I have been trying to get through to support for a few days now but to no avail. <br> <br> I then logged a ticket but still no response until I received this:<br> <br> \ This message concerns your ticket #***. We have not heard back from you in 48 hours and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved. If you have any further questions, simply respond to this email\"<br> <br> How can the system give this output if the ticket has not yet even been actioned on their side yet!?<br> <br> I have also tried to request a callback after 2 half hour periods on the phone but the system ignores the last 2 digits of my phone number when reading back. I have also logged an issue on that, but also no response there.<br> <br> I usually get good service from WebAfrica so this is starting to really concern me."
