SLOW service, cannot cancel contract

Very SLOW live chat. Unable to cancel subscription. Website is unresponsive. I tried cancelling my fibre Contract with them because I moved but the whatsapp agents were unable to assist. They keep referring me to the website's "live chat", which doesn't work.
