Slow service

Usually I dont have any issues. but when it comes to customer service its useless. I have been waiting on the WA chat line for 1 hour and 25 minutes to get assisted. It's ridiculous to wait this long to get in contact with a company. There is no number to call and get quick assistance. My network has been slow for weeks and there is nothing I can do about it. They should employee more people or train their employees to resolve issues quicker.
