Slow service!!

After struggling for 2 days to find out why my fibre is down, the reason is Vumatel terminated my line, but they can’t give me a reason why! On top of that I need to wait another 2-5 days for the reconnection request to be processed. Their service is unacceptable!! Turnaround time is very slow.
