Slow Response from Agent

I had internet issues, spoke with one of the live agents: Mandisa K. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with a live agent! And I've been with Webafrica for years. This agent kept me waiting for over 30 minutes, with no updates or feedback. I expressed my frustration with the agent that they taking so long to help me, yet they still took long. A few days later, I was directed to the Chat Bot to see if there was any progress on my internet issue, and once again, I get put through to Mandisa K. I remembered the name, because I had such a frustrating experience with them, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. YET AGAIN I WAS KEPT WAITING WITH NO FEEDBACK AND SUCH SLOW RESPONSES!!!! I was given excuses after excuses, but never any help. Even after requesting to be put through to another agent, Mandisa K took incredibly long. Webafrica, please NEVER put me through to this agent again. I'm a very patient person, but I can't deal with people who have zero urgency when helping clients.
