Slow repair time of a obvious fault

Service has been good so far but when things are down the repair is slow , I have now been down for 3 days and it’s the last mile that’s the problem, which I told them from the start , they only handed to Metro Fiber yesterday afternoon😡 Reboot this and that 😡with no uplink it will never work🤬
