Slow & poor communication, fast suspension (Hosting)

<p>When you get billed 3 times for the same hosting packadge, while trying to get clarity on that suddenly all services are suspended.</p> <p>I've tried, LiveChat, calling and opting for Call-back, emailed no response thus far (7hrs & counting). I the meantime, i have to expain to my clients.. </p>
