Slow or no Inter connection on the RAIN Network - West Rand
For the last 4 months I can hardly use my RAIN LTE internet connection due to slow speeds of 0.04Mbps. When I get through to Web Africa (They are in no hurry to answer their phones) average waiting time is ± 20 min before you can speak to someone I get the reply that there towers is very congested. Why are you still selling the RAIN LTE deals if your infrastructure cannot handle the loads? I will be looking for another service provider.
