Slow internet

I don’t know who to blame exactly but I need WebAfrica to fix their issue because I am losing out on money. I work night shift we can’t even get service at night but for whatever reason the line drops making everything slow or I can’t login. This has been an ongoing issue since December and I want a refund for both months. Your customer service agents can’t even give me a clear answer as to why the line drops. I want to speak to a manager who can get this resolved or give me my money back
