Slow Fibre terrible customer service

I finally decided to get some Fibre and found that was available in my area. So I selected a service provider that was affiliated with Openserve as I heard that Openserve was fast. The service provider selected was Webafrica. The service I must say I'm definitely not impressed with. Ordered my Fibre on the 23rd May, installers came out on the 29th May. The installers gave me a B number saying that I need to give it to Webafrica when asked for it. I followed up on my router a week later (past the 5 day turnaround time) 3rd June. I was told that they were waiting for the B number which I responded and attached the pic of the B number on the 3rd June. I then received my invoice and payment was taken from my credit card on the same day without having a router or internet access yet. If I hadn't followed myself up my router might have taken even longer. Later that day I responded to an email confirming my delivery address for the router. The very next day I received another email confirming that my router will be delivered in 48 hours. I finally received my router on Friday 5th June. Got home from work excited to have Fibre finally. Connected everything but there was no internet access. All the lights were green so I know everything was working properly, git my IT guy at work to confirm that everything should be fine. I logged a call and waited but nobody got back to me the entire weekend. I called today 8th June around 1 o clock. I was not at home so I asked Ricardo to call my wife at home to figure out what was going on with the line. He assisted by connecting and asking my wife to reset. She reset and we were connected finally. They tested the line speed which was giving 540kb/s. Ricardo said its not the right speed but he is going to end the call anyway. Thanks Ricardo for that Brilliant service. If we have any further problems we need to log a call. Can you imagine my frustration when I call my wife and she tells me this. I call the customer care and ask that I need to escalate this query only to be told that a call will be logged in which someone will call me back. I tell the call centre agent that I need this to be escalated and my query sorted before the end of the day. Guess What!!! My frustration has not ended because I get home to discover that my Fibre line is running at 1mb/s. What is all the fuss about Fibre when these are the speeds you are getting. I should have stuck with a Telkom 1Meg line. Nobody is probably using it so it will definitely be faster that this.
