Slow fibre speed and slow ping

I am on Webafrica fibre and have been complaining about slow speed a nd slow ping since Feb 2021. Every time they just refresh the ports on my router. This is so frustrating and embarrassing because I'm the only one that always have issues on Teams and Zoom meetings. Issues with Netflix and Youtube is very frustrating for my family as well. I get better service when using my mobile device. Very bad!
