Slow Cellc LTE

i logged a ticket yesterday regarding my LTE iv had my router connected for over 100 days with no problems, yesterday afternoon at 12pm we had load shedding and now my internet is slower than adsl i get less than 1mbps.

i logged a ticket and called in and up till now i have had no feedback on what is the problem.

i was told by the person i spoke to on the phone that they would send me a reference number i have not received that number.
