Slow and Poor service complaint
I am trying follow up on a line release so Vumatel can come and install for me at my new place. i called and i was told to add a Whatsapp Number. once on the whatsapp, i cnat seem to get to an agent. The bot keeps tranfering me and giving me an option to end the chat. It is very slow service and i believe paying customers should at least be given an optionto speak to an agent over the phone not whatsapp. it slows things down

Actually, That's exactly what i will do, i urge all that have unresolved issues to do so. No one should be taken for a ride by a business that claims to provide a service that is paid for
