Sloppy Service and Inability to Downgrade Account!

Hi There

Owing to excessive charges and not being able to meet a compromise to downgrade my account I would like to CANCEL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Please action this ASAP, I didn't receive a reply on my prior ticket for over 3 weeks. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
