I don't know if it's English or these customer service agents don't know how to read or type. I have experienced one of the worst customer service ever from SIVE G. He/She asked for my information then leaves me on the chat for ONE HOUR without any feedback or assistance. I had to end the chat and spoke to another agent PHIWOKUHLE only to be transferred back to SIVE G. Disgusting and ridiculous service from SIVE G.
