S#it non-existent service from WebAfrica!!!! A joke

By for THEEEEEEE WORST internet service provider on the planet. Never have I ever been so frustrated and urgently need anyone that can assist me. I moved into a new place. Signed up with them. Was sold a 100/100 line, was “upgraded” to 200/100 due the the promotion they had. I have never seen anything higher than 50/50 but they are quick to charge you. I have tried calling/whatsapp and even emailing. They don’t give a s#it about responding or picking up the phone. These stupid WhatsApp chat is the worst coz agents just keep dropping you. I have been trying to engage for a solid month, and if I get lucky to get an agent, they keep telling me they have escalated the issue. It’s been a solid month, and I am still being charged for a service I am not getting.
