Since choosing Web Africa as my trusted service provider in 2024 — I have only had 3 network issues and was assisted in all encounters
Since choosing Web Africa as my trusted service provider in 2024 — I have only had 3 network issues and was assisted in all encounters. The agents on WhatsApp were very attentive, helpful and friendly! My issues have been resolved and it’s super affordable ! One note though, the app needs to be fixed. It’s a little bit flawed in terms of communication with agents and accessing past conversations but other than that, the agents are super reliable.
