Signed up for battles not a service.

Wanted a Fiber installation - Choose Openserve and Web Africa. Was a battle for the last two weeks. Utterly shocking responses from both companies about the matter. If you have a fiber coverage now you need to make sure if it is below ground or above ground. If it is above ground be prepared for some cable to be pulled across your yard through trees and dangling. If you want to have it done properly it is your problem not theirs. Then if you speak to Web Africa about helping you get your network sort out or just making sure that what you signed up for. Internet is provided forget it. Your problems are in your hands as swell. They'll sign you up for battles. It is your responsibility to fight the battles and fill out emails to take matters further. Web Africa and Openserve has wasted about 12 hours of my time in the last two week just trying to sort out a Fiber installation. Why can't I just sign up for a service and they make sure I get it. Why must I battle so hard to get it done and done properly ?
