SHUTDOWN WEBAFRICA

I’ve had thee MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER with WebAfrica. I’ve had an issue that hasn’t been sorted from the beginning of January until recent. I’ve asked them to cancel my subscription, but they keep wanting to divert me to senior management which just results into absolutely NOTHING being done about the issue I’m facing. My service is not up but I’m getting debited every month with claims of being credited. Please release me this subscription ASAP
