Show Webafrica what happens when you F with your clients.

My history of interacting with this company is should be seen as a testament to the utter lack and disregard this company displays towards their clients. The have no interest in assuring their customers needs are met. I suspect this is a direct result of incredibly bad management of the support staff. Receiving feedback on a customer support request takes on average 16-22 days. Cancelation of any services is outright ignored or at best delayed to force the client into a 30 day cancelation notice period so they can take that last bit of money just to spite you. Promoting fiber pre-orders as a no obligation deal to show interest, the just going ahead and committing to the service without contacting the client who requesting it... with out any way to cancel the now live fibre package, and a router firmly on the way to get stuffed down my throat. Miscommunication between billing, technical and other departments with in the ranks of webafrica is causing your customer to flee your company like rats from a sinking ship.

I was promised responde over the phone by Bithiah Peters, who is investigating if the order was indeed placed with them to pay for the vuma installation team... guess what its not, i found that out already. Vox has sent me proof of this. No feedback yet again, no communication as promised. I hereby demand my services be canceled immediately with webafrica. You guys are *********ly milking your customers without oversight. I will not be mailing support, billing or any other department within your company. you can call me, find my number that i put in my support ticket (TICKET ID: 34488) etc...oh wait you deleted that without any form of closure... rediculous.
