**** Show ISP

So i have ordered router to be installed since i was 29 day trial with openserve. They took all the details and now router has arrived i cant connect coz theres no fibre box and no one is saying anyhing bt debit order is on time. Chats r only done by a robot with limited questions. Such a Pathetic ISP
