****ing **** customer service STAY DE **** AWAY.

I have been with WebAfrica for 3 months and every ****ing month there is a problem where they cant find my payment. I have had to send in a proof of payment every month and after i send them the proof they still try to debit my account. When asking for assistance im met with **** customer service stating that THEIR Error can only be fixed in 2 to 3 business days and that i will not be re-embursed for it. Really **** customer service and finance management.
