SHOULD BETTER YOUR PROCEDURES

So i want to cancel my service from my current address and use Lte at another address as fibre is mot yet there. So i am told Webafrica will cancel my current service but i will still be billed for an entire month although i wont be live by that address any longer. Does anyone think that is fair as i think that is day light *******. Think of how many innocent people has fallen to this *******
