Shockingly bad service

The abridged version of this story is that after 11 business days (15 days in total) I still had no ETA on when my router and SIM would be delivered due to an issue with my address and then an issue with their courier partner. My account was debited 1 day after I placed the order yet it took a full 6 business days for their debit to reflect on their side. I cancelled the order at day 15 and went with the tried and tested Afrihost. Waiting on them to process my refund and can't actually speak for their service as an ISP because I didn't have the opportunity to find out but I think this would likely be a foregleam of what I would have been in for.
