Shocking web africa service and provider.

Like this is a wow of a service provider.and firtsly i am paying you people so much money for such a **** service. I cannot speak to a technical support agent via telephone but i must request an agent on whatsapp. I requested an agent since 9am. Its almost 1pm. I am sitting without internet since 6 am. When i finally got an agent she was clueless and after 2 hours of trouble shooting she just transfered me to i dont know where. Webafrica is the worst service and provider in this country honestly.
