Shocking surprises - Webafrica

Been experiencing so many issues with Webafrica wow. They got me installed and running quickly, for that I was very happy with, but when I moved homes, all the problems started. At 1st, I thought, let me move with Webafrica as this would be the best, easiest solution seeing that the process is there in place. Before I moved, I reached out to Webafrica and they promised me a smooth and easy transition to the new home. It took them about 3 weeks to get us up and running on an existing line?! Then, throughout the poor service we got, I remained with them for a few more month. Then we moved to another home, but this time we had to install Satellite internet by us. Surprise surprise, there's a hidden cancellation cost that was never shown to me nor spoken of. So there goes R1k for that. With the cancellation, you need to follow a link which Webafrica sends, then via this portal you setup collection for router. This was done on my side & router was collected. Surprise surprise, they have not found the router they collected and now it seems will be liable for this unit. Again, the service for Webafrica is shocking to say the least. But never again will I be a client of Webafrica. I would HIGHLY suggest staying away from these guys if you wish to save yourself time, effort and money.
