Shocking support ZERO STARS

If I could give it Zero Stars I would.

Support was once the strong point of this company. Have been with them for over 10 years. Now after a week of logging tickets that immediately get closed with a list of USELESS hyperlinks that are supposed to HELP you.

Then get told to use the Whatsapp system. After an hour of SORRY TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL, we will call back.

Believe this at your peril.

Since they split and used 1-grid for hosting, where the support is just as terrible.

Will be moving all my clients from this excuse of an ISP.
