Shocking Support

Shocking service. I have a speed problem and almost impossible to speak to someone. They force you to use their whatapp support chat, which is pathetic then you wait to be transferred to an agent for hours. They are very quick to call you to sign you up but once signed up, you are left with a frustrating experience. You pay for X speed and the speed you actually get it nothing like what you pay for.
