Shocking Support
my 'pre-configured' router was delivered yesterday and had zero configuration. This morning I held for 30 mins for the support line to be answered. Then the call went for 20 mins THEN they dropped the line and the query was unresolved. I am now waiting again for 20 mins for the call to be answered......this is terrible......
