Shocking Service - WEBAFRICA

Absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE.

Our wifi has been down for two days and no one has assisted us despite our best efforts to get hold of agents on the WhatsApp line (which is absolutely useless) or via calls. We are at our wits end. We pay for a service each month that fails to deliver and when we follow the correct steps to try and get help, no one can assist us or determine what exactly the issue is. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING.
