Shocking service very frustrated

I have been trying to find out about when my fibre will be installed i was told someone would be in contact within 48 hours cant get through to anyone for 3 days now on their telephone number their whatsapp group is so frustrating i have told my one consultant their is no fibre at my address when the box is outside my house. No answers about anything. Think just going to cancel my LTE and not get the fibre!
